Unshakable

I think sometimes people believe once you reach the “other side,” everything is rosy again. And in some respects it is. While I could write endlessly about how beautiful our life is now, the truth is hardships don’t come in neat, once-in-a-lifetime packages. New and different challenges will inevitably come.
Scripture reminds us:
“I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.”—Psalm 16:8
Those words are more than poetry to me now. They are lived truth.
When you’ve been through the valley and seen God’s faithfulness, you walk differently. You may still drag your feet from time to time, but you walk with a new confidence that the world cannot give.
That’s why I can say now: I will not be shaken.
“Truly He is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will never be shaken.”—Psalm 62:2
“Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken.”—Psalm 55:22
Not because I am strong, but because my God is.
Not because I hold all the answers, but because I know the One who does.
Not because hardship is behind us, but because HOPE is always before us.
Shout it with your heart: I WILL NOT BE SHAKEN!
Closing thought for readers: If you’re facing your own storm right now—whether it looks like cancer, loss, uncertainty, or heartbreak—I want you to know that the same God who held us will hold you. He sees you, He hears your cries, and He will not let you go. Stand firm, dear friend. You are not shaken when your hope is in Him.
