My Story
I married my favorite person in 2018. Mike is the whole package and then some. He loves me like no other person has or can, and is more than I ever prayed for in a dad for our son.
When our son, Trevett, was born, I started posting about our life together, following and sharing Mike's home-building, masterful talents. To be honest, I really didn't know myself, and felt anything I had to share about myself, beyond being a wife and mother, was insignificant and boring.
Just 4 days after our son turned 1, he was diagnosed with High Risk B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We have been a Warrior Family now for over 1000 days, and our sweetheart was finally able to ring the bell on April 8th, 2024!
As our world forever changed, we learned quickly that there is no spiritual neutrality within hardship. There is, however, simultaneous to the struggle, tremendous amounts of blessing.
I am confident and desperate to share the Peace, Love, Joy, Hope, and Grace that comes from knowing and walking with Jesus.
I am learning to rejoice in every circumstance; simple day-to-day life, joyful highs, challenging lows, and all the heartwarming in-betweens.
